RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Within this period, you may request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges. Please note that items purchased at a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order or change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order have already been dispatched, you can still return the items under the following conditions:

  • The items must be sealed and in brand new condition.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
  • The buyer is responsible for return and initial shipping costs.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

To process an exchange, please submit a claim for review. If approved, replacement items will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks, with shipping potentially taking up to 10 business days from the dispatch date.

REFUND PAYMENT

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to appear in your bank account. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please verify your bank account before contacting our customer service team for assistance.

INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team for prompt resolution.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. You contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  2. The goods are in their original packaging.
  3. Any included accessories (e.g., gifts, photo cards) are not removed.

Returns that are opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted. Such items will be held until the customer either collects them or pays additional fees for reshipping:

  1. Standard shipping fee ($9.95)
  2. Processing and handling fee ($10)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or if something is missing, please contact our customer service team. Provide the following information:

  1. Name on the order
  2. Order number
  3. Proof of purchase
  4. Photos or evidence of damage or missing items

Depending on the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  1. A full refund to the original payment method.
  2. A complete replacement of the order (if the entire order is damaged).
  3. A replacement of the damaged or missing items.

We will cover the postage costs for replacements.

RETURNING GOODS
