If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER / ADDRESS?

If you wish to change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you entered the wrong address at the time of placing your order or would like to amend the items in your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via email with your order number.

Please double check that all address and billing details are entered correctly at the time of check out as we are not liable to replace or resend your parcel if the shipment is returned to sender due to wrong address entered.

For Domestic Orders: If a tracking number has already been issued for your order, a $10 ''return to sender'' fee and a further $6 postage fee will be incurred.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We accept returns on all orders* within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@ohmykpop.com.au as soon as possible.

Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
